Ward, Inc., product may reach the end of its Product Life Cycle due to market demands, technology innovation and development driving changes in the product; or a product may simply mature over time and is replaced by functionally richer technology. While this is an established part of the overall product life cycle, Ward recognizes that End-of-Life milestones often prompt companies to review the way in which such end-of-sale and end-of-life milestones impact their businesses.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

End of Life Manufacturer Product Line Discontinue and Parts Availability

June 1, 2022

As part of E.J. Ward Inc’s “End of Life” (EOL) notification program, this notice serves as formal communication of Ward’s intent to perform a “Manufacture Discontinue” of the W4 Fuel Control Terminal “FCT” product line commencing June 1, 2022. All W4 Enterprise software not currently under a support agreement, fully assembled FCT hardware and parts will be included. The W4 remaining FCT parts inventory will be on a current stock availability basis only.

As of the EOL date, any new/renewable support contracts will only be issued on a case-by-case basis only, and non-contract-based support will be provided at the hourly rate’s published in the current E.J. Ward’s annual price book.

Emergency recovery and/or expedited upgrades will be offered in accordance with customer-specific service plans or upgrade agreements negotiated prior to 12/31/2022.

Ward, Inc.’s EOL notification program, this notice serves as formal communication of Ward’s intent to perform a “Manufacture Discontinue” of the W3 product line commencing on January 1, 2020. All W3 software, fully assembled hardware and parts including the W3 CANceiver will be included. The W3 remaining parts inventory will be on current stock availability basis only.

As of the EOL date, any new support contracts will only be issued on a case by case basis, and non-contract-based support will be provided at the hourly rates published in Ward’s annual price book.

Emergency recovery and/or expedited upgrades will be offered in accordance with customer specific service plans or upgrade agreements negotiated prior to the EOL date.
