The CANceiver collects data for vehicle status, location, and driver behavior into one device, enabling fleet managers to monitor and analyze crucial data and key performance indicators. The CANceiver transmits event data to the FCT and customer network.
The Fuel Tag communicates with the Hose Module to identify the vehicle and initiate fueling. The Fuel Tag's unique ID ensures the vehicle receives the correct fuel type and volume limit. Fuel Tags may also be mounted on hand-held assets such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, and gas cans as well as other small liquid containers
The Hose Module controls the fuel dispenser. Upon validation from the Fuel Tag, the Hose Module allows the dispenser to pump fuel into the vehicle, and transmits the vehicle id, fuel type, volume, date, and time to the FCT. When the nozzle is returned to the dispenser, loss of signal initiates security shut down of the pump and terminates the transaction.
Fuel Control Terminal
The Fuel Control Terminal stores and transmits transaction data to the Fuel View database. Each FCT can control multiple pumps and fuel types. The FCT is available in island, fueling truck, wall mount, and dispenser mount versions, and can be installed in transit bays to control access to vehicle fluids such as oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and screen wash.
Fuel View Software centrally controls, stores, manages, and reports the site's activity and status from the storage tank to vehicle fuel tank for fuel, vehicles, employees, and other assets.
Fleet View Software works with real-time or passive antennas for collecting vehicle GPS data, uses geofencing for route optimization, and location mapping visualization.
Ward has many options for bridge Communication, supporting passive to mission-critical connectivity in even the most challenging and demanding environments.
