Ward Systems Training Request
Ward provides training to employed technicians, customer employees, and interested contractors
for IoT FCT hardware, wiring, and interfacing. Once training is completed, a Certificate of
Completion shall serve as acknowledgement that the technician is authorized to work on E.J. Ward
IoT FCT hardware to maintain warranties offered.

the following business day.
Ward provides support via email Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central Time. For emails received before 3 pm CST, a Ward representative will contact you the same day. Emails submitted after business hours will receive confirmation the following business day.
