Fuel Management: Solution Overview

CANCeiver
The optional CANceiver automates access to the fuel pump when the FCT picks up its proximity and collects data on the odometer, vehicle status, location, and driver behavior, enabling fleet managers to monitor and analyze crucial data and key performance indicators. The CANceiver transmits event data through the FCT to the customer network. Learn more.
Fuel Tag
The Fuel Tag communicates with the Hose Module to identify the vehicle and initiate fueling. The Fuel Tag's unique ID ensures the vehicle receives the correct fuel type and volume limit. Fuel Tags may also be mounted on hand-held assets such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, and gas cans as well as other small liquid containers. Learn more.
Hose Module
The Hose Module controls the fuel dispenser. Upon validation from the Fuel Tag, the Hose Module allows the dispenser to pump fuel into the vehicle and transmits the vehicle id, fuel type, volume, date, and time to the FCT. When the nozzle is returned to the dispenser, loss of signal initiates a security shut down of the pump and ends the transaction. Learn more.
Fuel Control Terminal
The IoT Fuel Control Terminal stores and transmits transaction data to the Fuel View database. Each FCT can control multiple pumps and fuel types. The FCT is available in island, mobile fueling truck, wall mount, and dispenser mount configurations, and can be installed in transit bays to control access to vehicle fluids such as oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and screen wash. Learn more.
Fuel View
Fuel View Software centrally controls, stores, manages, and reports the site's activity and status from the storage tank to vehicle fuel tank for fuel, vehicles, employees, and other assets. Learn more.
